Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may result in a small fee, as that time is reserved just for you. We’re always happy to work with you to find another time that fits your schedule. 3. Services: Once a service is completed, it is non-refundable. If something doesn’t feel right, please share your feedback right away so we can make it right. Products: Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days for store credit. For safety reasons, opened products are non-returnable.Gift cards and special packages are final sale, but they make wonderful treats for you or a loved one! 4.
