Cancellation Policy
1. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. A valid payment method is required to hold your spot. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can relax and ease into your service. 2. Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may result in a small fee, as that time is reserved just for you. We’re always happy to work with you to find another time that fits your schedule. 3. Services: Once a service is completed, it is non-refundable. If something doesn’t feel right, please share your feedback right away so we can make it right. Products: Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days for store credit. For safety reasons, opened products are non-returnable.Gift cards and special packages are final sale, but they make wonderful treats for you or a loved one! 4. Please let your service provider know about any allergies, medical conditions, or recent treatments before your session. Some services may not be suitable during pregnancy or certain health conditions—we’ll help you choose the best option for your needs. Your safety and comfort are always our top priority. 5. All prices are in USD and may change from time to time. We accept major credit/debit cards, spa gift cards, and approved digital payments. Taxes and applicable fees are added at checkout. 6. Promotional codes and special offers must be entered at checkout. Only one promotion or discount may be used per purchase. Promotions cannot be applied to gift cards or past purchases. 7.
